TriasNet is a small size, largely virtual, network. Specialised in the public sector and its interfaces with the private sector of society. Strategic and stakeholder analysis for hybrid organisations, product and project development, policy auditing and policy and process development, implementation advice, development of laws, regulations, contracts, memoranda of understanding, policy agreements. Management of the LRP-team and leadership of the development and implementation of a special account assistance programme, managing the special account and internal affairs. LRP was aimed at stimulating and assisting policy development, new legislation and implementation in the field of higher education and research in 22 countries in central and eastern Europe, being in transition to market oriented democracies. Working methods of the programme were:
  • bilateral advisory missions for governments, parliaments, the he&r-sector;
  • multilateral thematic workshops to assist strategic and policy development;
  • multilateral study visits to learn from implementation in progress;
  • publishing a series of comparative studies based on country reports;

Post graduate training in policy development, public law, negotiating, management, etc. Peter likes designing things, traveling, hiking, painting and ..... being lazy when the weather is sunny.
