On governance

In Expertise 2009, nr 8 we argued that society at large and higher education and research in particular would need to depart from the classic dichotomy of thinking in Rhineland and Anglo Saxon models of governance. It should be considered to learn from the classic management by the professionals as is found in cooperative banking and agricultural companies and universities as academic communities.
